ActionFlow continues to get better and offer more features. Here are some of the new features that have been recently added:
1) You now have the ability to keep the Area (Quote) module open while switching to a new Area (Quote). You do not have to close it and reopen it. This will be especially helpful if you have two monitors, where you can keep the module open on one monitor while you change the selected Area (Quote) (or add a new one) on the other monitor.
2) You can now easily copy the Address, Phone or Email to your clipboard for pasting to other applications. Use the new buttons next to each of those sections
3) Functionality on the Map has been improved, making it easier to make changes to the Schedule and see the results of those changes on the Map.
4) You can now crop slab images for the Fabrication Layout screen. For example, this would allow you to import a photo of a slab that is placed on a green board, and then crop the extra portion of the photo, letting you use only that portion of the photo that shows the slab.
5) A new report call Jobs History will show all of the actions for a certain job
6) A new report called Payments with Export Date will show all payments and which have been exported to QuickBooks
7) A new report called Invoice Export Reconciliation will show which jobs have been exported to QuickBooks
8) A new field will show who created an Area (Quote).
9) For those using the inventory module, a new 'Create' button will allow you to create an inventory item (slab) directly from the Area (Quote) module
In addition, many other miscellaneous improvements and bug fixes have been made.
