ActionFlow continues to get better and offer more features.  Here are some of the new features that have been recently added:

1) Quotes
  • Speed up calculation when multiple tops
  • Enabled designating certain edges as 1st or 2nd edge
  • Add Unit and Category to Color dropdown
  • Added warning if Slab calc with no slabs
  • Enabled viewing of Slab Cloud images
  • Add multiple special calculation types
    • Edge count, Splash count, Labeling, Splash Linear Feet
  • Added ability to customize Quote Wizard fields
    • Administrations Tab>Configurations>Customer
    • Check the QtWiz? Box to allow the item to show on the Quote Wizard
2) Fabrication
  • Added Job and Area names to top labels
  • Copy original top name when applying seam
  • Enabled editing of Fab Layout dimensions
  • Enabled drawing L-shaped remnants on Fab Layout
3) Scheduler
  • Sort users when adding to Schedule
  • Added Total SqFt values for a day
     
4) Emails
  • Add Dealer person to drop down
  • Add Customer to email drop down
  • Add Unsubscribe capability to email record
  • Added the ability to show just the date (without time) in the automated emails
     
5) Inventory
  • Enabled multiple remnants from a single slab
  • Added sink functionality to match slab functionality (See below)
6) Reports
  • Show Tagged items on Usable Slabs report
  • Enhanced searching capabilities on these report
    • Compact Install Schedule
    • Fabrication Schedule
    • Install Checklist
  • Created ‘Tagged Items By Customer Name’
  • Enhanced ‘Red Flags’ report
  • Enhanced ‘Purchase Order’ report
  • Enhanced ‘Job Site Details’ and ‘Shop Details’ reports
  • Enhanced ‘Deposit Request’ to enable hiding of address & setting of default percentage
  • Created ‘Fast Moving’ report
  • Created ‘Receiving Worksheet’ report
  • Created multi-page Fab Layout report
  • Automatically save Invoice as PDF in job files
  • Enabled opening quote in Adobe Reader directly
     
7) Mobile App
  • Enabled Looking up slab information
  • Enabled Updating slab locations, individually and in a group
