Subscription Levels
ActionFlow has two Subscription Levels. Level 1 (Quote & Schedule) provides powerful quoting and scheduling features with related reports. Level 2 (Process Automation) includes the features of Level 1, plus the power and efficiency of ActionFlow's process automation engine, which proactively assigns each job task to the correct user. The Inventory Feature can be added to either Subscription Level for an additional monthly fee.
* Payments must be made by automatic debit via ACH or Credit Card. Credit Card payments will be charged an additional 3% fee.
In addition to the standard features list above, onsite configuration & training is available for $1000 per day, plus expenses.
** ActionFlow team members invest significant time and effort in helping our new customers transition to ActionFlow. Included in the setup fee is the initial configuration of your account and training your key employees. Once ActionFlow has been implemented, we expect our clients to take over the ongoing maintenance and update of ActionFlow as your prices and processes change. Our setup fee includes the configuration and training for 2 CalcTypes (quoting configuration) and 2 Processes (action automation). If you wish us to set up additional CalcTypes and Processes after the first two, we will charge $400 for each additional CalcType or Process.
